Educated horticulturist and landscape designer/entrepreneur started his own successful landscape design,build & maintenance company in 1987 and sold in 2005 to pursue the second company he started in 1999 Vegherb LLC which Anthony created the popular Frame-it-all raised garden product line which he sold in 2013.
During his time at Frame-it-all Anthony’s growth from $300,000 to multi millions a year was attributed to a robust online presence at www.frameitall.com,driving over a million unique visitors a year to his niche audience of garden enthusiast.
This robust online presence caught the eye of giant retailer Home Depot who quickly took on board frame it on homedepot.com becoming as quoted by Home Depot in the Wall Street Journal Home Depots best selling online garden product! Out of this success blossomed the raised gardens category you see today throughout garden retail.

Tom Sullivan, CEO
Tom brings over a decade of experience to Bee Green. After getting his start in the website development and e-commerce industry a decade ago, Tom joined up with Matt and soon became the Vice President of Turbo Social Media Inc.
Tom has worked as consultant for a wide variety of businesses, from small “Mom and Pop” businesses to multi-million dollar corporations, both in the US and abroad. His success in business stems from his desire to do “whatever it takes” for his clients to be successful. More importantly, Tom is able to draw from his marketing experience as an entrepreneur and apply these same techniques and strategies for his clients.
Tom received his BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He is a former collegiate rugby player and he enjoys golfing, softball, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with his dog Yogi and his fiance Lindsay. He also loves his San Francisco Giants and 49ers.
After developing Internet marketing strategies for countless companies, Matt Arndt discovered a big need for social media marketing services. He founded Turbo Social Media Inc in 2009 to not just fill that need, but also provide a level of expertise and service offerings that are unparalleled in the industry.
Matt has always been “the techy entrepreneur”. Even in college, he started a successful company called “PackMyDorm”, a full service moving and storage company that was virtually based and operated out of Davis, CA in association with Bekins Van Lines. He operates Turbo under the same principles he teaches, which is why you’ll see him all over the social web in blogs, articles, videos and networks.
His businesses keep him busy, but in his limited spare time, Matt enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving, swimming, sailing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and friends. Matt was also a member of the UC Davis Men’s Varsity Swim Team. He still trains and competes in swimming and open water events and currently resides in Newport Beach, CA.
